Pure Water Window Cleaning

About Pure Water Window Cleaning

Water-fed pole window cleaning has revolutionized the window cleaning industry, transforming it from a man with a ladder & a dirty rag, into a high-tech, professional industry. At Sunrise Window Cleaning, we believe that all our customers should benefit from this improved technology, so both our residential & commercial customers are cleaned using our water-fed pole system

What is Pure Water?

The water that comes out of your tap isn’t really pure. It contains lots of dissolved minerals (mainly calcium & magnesium), which if sprayed onto a window & left to dry, would leave white residues on the glass.

We use reverse osmosis water purification to de-ionize & de-mineralize water leaving it perfectly pure. The pure water is then held in tanks in our window cleaning vans.

How does it clean my windows?

Pure water wants to be dirty again! When applied to your windows using one of our extending poles, it attracts dirt like a magnet, without the need for detergent. Any dried-on dirt is scrubbed off using our soft brushes. Once the dirt has been removed, a final rinse ensures the windows, frames & sills are left clean.

Because this final rinse is with purified water, there’s no need to squeegee the water off. It can simply be left to dry, leaving a streak-free finish.

Cleaner for longer

With traditional window cleaning methods, a thin film of detergent is left on the window after squeegeeing. Being detergent, it attracts dirt to itself, meaning that your windows get dirty again quickly. With pure water cleaning, no detergent is used, so no deposit is left behind to attract dirt. This means that your windows actually stay cleaner for longer.

Environmentally friendly

No detergent run-off means that all that goes into the ground around your building is water. You can be confident that having your windows cleaned needn’t pollute the environment.

Sunrise Window Cleaning is a progressive company and believes safety is paramount when cleaning windows. Therefore, we use Purified Water and Water-Fed Poles to clean exterior windows on upper floors.

The cleaning action of pure water produces results that are second to none. Surfaces that have been cleaned ionically are left free of chemical and mineral deposits, in such sterile conditions dirt and bacteria take longer to accumulate after cleaning has taken place. Cleaning without detergents or chemicals ensures compliance with environmental regulations and reduces costs.

What is a Pure-Water Pole System?

A Pure Water Fed Pole System is used for high level exterior window cleaning, a technology that turns ordinary tap water into the purest water in the world, creating a powerful cleaning agent that leaves surfaces spot free without cleaning chemicals or detergents.

While impurities in ordinary tap water cause spotting and streaking, pure water becomes an aggressive cleaning agent. The Pure Water Fed Pole System is a de-ionization system that yields 99.99% pure water. The water dries without any streaks or spots, and there is no need for any soaps or squeegees. Windows cleaned with cleaning agents are generally left with a very fine film which eventually attracts dust and particulates. Pure water cleaning leaves windows absolutely spotless and “film-less” meaning they will actually stay clean longer!

Another added benefit with the Pure Water Fed Pole System is that telescopic poles are used to do the cleaning, eliminating the need for ladders or lifts for accessing windows up to 60 feet. This eliminates any health and safety concerns.

I am pleased to offer my customers this method of cleaning windows, which is cleaner, safer, and longer lasting.
